Holiday Inn On The South Beach

Cons: SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.

Pros: Location, Location, LOCATION!! The beach is right outside your room!
Cons: The flammer at the front desk needs to be taught some manners!

Room was clean, and serviced promptly every day. 'Fridge, microwave, & lots of cable channels in room. Pools were great. The sissy at the front desk was very rude when we told him our room keys needed to be reprogrammed because they didn't work. The parking garage across the street is no big deal. Some people are beefing about it like they had to cross an interstate freeway to get to their room. Nonsense! The hotel is right on the beach. Very nice.
In the past, on other web sites, I've read some terrible reviews about this place. I think they may have improved recently. We stayed during Thanksgiving weekend, 2004.
