Pros: Nearly silent at lowest setting, Price. Cons: Not effective, quality.

Pros: Cheap, gets large particles Cons: Not sturdy, removes only large particles, HEPA type not as good as true HEPA
This is an inexpensive purifier that does not perform above its price level. The filter fits in loosely and you can hear the unit rattling while in use. This is bad for a purifier because loose fitting parts/filters means that bad air is getting through. There is a noticeable difference in air quality between the room this unit is in and a much larger room that uses a good purifier. After a few weeks the unit began emitting a "burning" smell so it will be returned. Overall, just a shaky, inexpensive unit that is questionable even in the smallest of rooms. Also note that the filter is HEPA-type, not true HEPA.
UPDATE: I returned the unit and the new one works the same (somewhat cheap, loose-fitting filters) with no "burning smell." I will admit that the pre-filter removed a lot of large particles, but because of the lack of sturdiness I would still recommend shelling out the extra dough for a more expensive small-room unit.
