Cons: It is often proof-texted and its fundamental thrist gets ignored.

Pros: Full of interesting, exciting stories. Contains sex, violence, murder, mystery and romance. #1 Bestseller of all time.
Cons: Long, tedious and boring at times (especially in the Old Testament.)
Summary: As I read some of the reviews on the Bible, I felt that some of the people had not actually read the book. I have read the whole book and continue to read it on a regular basis, so I guess I will attempt to give my opinion on it.
