Hoover U6485900 Bagged Upright Vacuum

Pros: * Superior suction and maneuverability
* Cord is perfect length
* Self-propel feature with on/off button
Cons: * Hose too short - but you can buy an extended one

I purchased the Hoover WindTunnel U6485-900 2 months ago and love it.  I've been purchasing Hoover uprights for 25 years and this one is the best by far!

The suction is incredible on it and it picks up every little fleck of dirt.  I even use it on my vinyl and hardwood floors and love it.

It has a self-propel feature that you can turn off and on.  Because of the self-propel feature, it does make it a couple of pounds heavier, but it's a breeze to push; very maneuverable.  Well worth it.

The electrical cord is nice and long.

I wish the hose was longer, but you can buy an extended one off the internet for about $24.

The handle at the top fits slightly loose, but it doesn't affect performance in any way.  It's just the way it's made.

When you pick up the vacuum, carry it by the built-in handle on the back of the unit for better weight distribution.

Overall - this is a terrific vacuum and would recommend it.  I love it!
