Cons: The manager is very irresponsible and unprofessional.

Dealing with this hotel and Hostelbookers.com which I booked through, was the worst experience I have ever had.

The hotel unreasonably overcharged me. After claiming my refund for overcharge fee, the manager started to lie that he already gave me refund, which he never did.

I booked through Hostelbookers.com, so I asked them to help me, but found out after waiting as much as two months that these people were also useless, being unable to give me refund, which supposed to be their responsibility also.

He still hasn't paid back what he owes me, and the manager now ignores my email hoping to escape from it.

More, the hotel made mistake in booking our room even though we both called and emailed twice before to confirm.

I strongly suggest not to stay at this hotel if you don't want to feel unpleasant at your stay in NY.
