Pros: Beautiful Lobby Cons: Uncaring staff and General Manager, hidden charges

This was an awesome hotel located in downtown Kansas City Mo. We have very rarely seen such a nice hotel in all of our travels. The staff was great and very personable and extremly helpful. If you do go you must remember to tip well and do not bother with parking in any garage let the staff do it for you very reasonable. I can not say anything about their restraunte because we ate elsewhere. My wife and I celebrated our 1 year annirversary here for one night it was awesome.
