I had the privilege of attending a women's conference a few weeks ago, at which Kay Arthur was the speaker. To be honest, I had never even heard of her before the conference. I'd love to describe her as a person, as a speaker and as an author, but...

Pros: Step-by-step and worth every penny!
Cons: Wish you were told up front of the other "tools" you'd need to purchase.

This is THEEE book to get if you are looking to learn how to accurately study the Bible for yourself.

The instructions are clear & step by step. As you get deeper into the book (and study methods) it's a little more involved and takes time. You will not be studying a book of the Bible in a week or even two (unless you live alone in a cabin on a mountain with no phone!) :)

FYI: Once you get into the final section of this book, you will need other "tools" such as the Zondervan NASB Exhaustive Concordance to continue your in-depth studying.

This is book is a VERY good investment!
