Pros: Pleasant staff, awesome conference venues, free shuttle to airport/metro Cons: Location/Price, nothing open Sunday! Smoking allowed in bar
I recently stayed 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency in Crystal City, Virginia while attending a conference for young women affected by breast cancer at the hotel. I chose this hotel to stay at because they had reserved blocks of rooms ...
Pros: Right on the outskirts of downtown Washington, DC. Cons: Aestestic views missing.

Pros: Big rooms with big windows. Cons: Aged. Inconvenient.

Talking about the room itself, first time I got a 3star bidding and the room was in great condition.
Second time, I was wondering that I bid for only 2-star level but did get this hotel. Well, the room that I got for 2-star was well below standard than what I got for 3star. The room was in the same building of what I got for 3 stars, but lower floor. Floor contained stain, old bathroom & facility, but I'm fine coz it's just 2 stars....
The staff at its gift shop was not having any pleasure to do business with their customers at all!
