Pros: Low price, roomy and sturdy-feeling interior, lots of features, great visibility, muscular V6. Cons: Ride-and-handling balance and cabin detailing are less sophisticated than a Camry's or Accord's. The Bottom Line: Unless your first priority is sporty handling, you'd be hard-pressed to find a more complete, well-rounded sedan than the Sonata for $20,000.
Background "Rethink performance," reads the ad copy, floating over a stark metallic cityscape. "Rethink comfort," it continues, following the curve of a vehicle's fender. "Rethink everything;" fade out. This sort of slick marketing ...

Pros: A good, solid, well-appointed basic family sedan. Cons: Not sexy. Not performance oriented. Not a head-turner. The Bottom Line: Honda Accord and Toyota Camry are perennial "safe bets" for a family sedan. But is Hyundai now beating them at their own game?? Read on to find out...
Wow! All I can say after a few days behind the wheel of a new 2007 Hyundai Sonata is, "Wow...this is a Hyundai?" The look of shock is probably still on my face. I was a bit worried last week when the friendly Washington area Enterprise ...

Pros: Cheap price, safety features. Cons: customer service, uncomfortable seats, EXPENSIVE to fix even with extended warranty.Bad reputation.
The Bottom Line: Avoid and check back in a few years to see how this model has improved.
Words cannot describe how dissapointed I am with this car. I suggest before buying this car log on to a Hyundai Owners forum and read the complaints. It'll save you thousands of dollars and a lot of aggrevation. They sell the car a few thousand ...

Pros: Hyundai is a top performer Cons: Wish they had a CD track advance on the steering wheel. The Bottom Line: You will be hard pressed to find better value for the money in any vehicle in any category.
I work for a major car rental agency, and frequently drive the 2007 Sonata. There is not much change between the 06 and 07 models. At least nothing ground breaking. Of all the cars and trucks I drive, I can say the Sonata is without a doubt one of ...

Pros: Smooth engine and road manners.
Upscale look and feel of interior.
Good exterior appearance. Cons: DING, DING seatbelt sound!
No cup holders (on back of the floor console). The Bottom Line: Compares favorably with Camry/Accord with more standard features (for less money) and much better warranty. 5-year Roadside Assistance. Good interior feel, backseat legroom, engine power. Good overall value.
2007 Hyundai GLS 4 cyl. Automatic with premium package. Smooth engine and good power for a 2.4L 4 cylinder. Gears shift sooner than other 4-cylinder cars that I have had, especially from 1st to 2nd. The benefit is that it makes the car seem faster ...

Pros: Decently comfortable, and not a bad ride. Cons: Poorly designed and not well fitted or appointed. The Bottom Line: I would not buy a Hyundai. Too many peculiarities and not well put-together.
We rented a Hyundai Sonata V6, for ten days. (7K already on the odo.) I was glad to take it back. Key and keyless entry unlocked driver door only, so to get things in or out of the car, it was necessary to open the driver door, stoop over to find and ...

Pros: Price is bottom line...you get value and a solid car Cons: I can't think of any cons for the price
I leased my Hyundai Sonata....for $241 A MONTH ZERO DOWN. THIS IS NOT BARE BONES....It has MAGS not hubcaps, power windows CD player, etc....just not leather. Yes it is a 4 cyl engine which is better on gas and in florida where it is flat it is not an issue at all....It moves when needed! I think they have Honda and Toyota beat.....same basic car just a lot less $$$ I think it is a great car and will look for another when my lease is up.
