Pros: SIMPLE, VERY GOOD FEATURES, OVER ALL EXCELLENT PRODUCT
Cons: COULD USE A FEW MORE PORTS, USB, FIRE WIRE ETC...
THIS LAPTOP IS VERY USER FRIENDLY, EVERY THING IS SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE. THE KEYBOARD IS MORE LIKE A DESKTOP, BIG KEYS, ONLY NEED A LIGHT TOUCH TO TYPE. IBM HAS INSTALLED A HELP FILE LIKE NO OTHER COMPUTER COMPANY, WITH INFORMATION ON EVERY THING FROM INSTALLING MEMORY UPGRADES TO REPLACING THE HARD DRIVE. i BOUGHT THIS LAPTOP OFF OF EBAY, IN THE FUTURE I WILL ONLY BUY ANOTHER THINK PAD. I HAVE A HP DESK TOP WHICH IS THE WORST COMPUTER I HAVE EVER OWNED.THE HP IS A PENTIUM 4, 2.4. THIS LAPTOP IS FAR FASTER, AND MORE RELIABLE. THE ONLY THING I HAVE FOUND WRONG WITH THE THINK PAD IS THE SMALL HARD DRIVE. WHICH CAN BE UPGRADED IN ABOUT 20 MIN.
