Disastrous Stay at the Imperial Place Suites
by hazeleyedeb ,Jan 25 '06
Pros: The food was great Cons: I will not stay there again, too expensive for poor quality.
We chose this hotel specifically for free airport transportation. We were charged $20.00 dollars from Aquino Int'l
Airport, it was a not a short drive but 1hr.45 min. drive into the city. The area was not a place I would have liked to walk through at night. The hotel was old and our room was unsatisfactory. No wash cloths, I asked housekeeping and was told they didn't have any. The floor was scarred very bad and the curtains were dirty and hung in a haphazard fashion. Then to top it off hotel transportation to the Domestic Airport was another fee of $20.00 dollars. The pictures are misleading. They must have one suite used for brochures.

Best Hotel in Quezon City!!!
by fiametta ,Sep 03 '06
Pros: Great service, kind staff, nice location Cons: none
I really enjoyed my stay at Imperial Palace Suites. The location is best, it's situated at the heart of Quezon City. I was welcomed by accommodating staff. Aside from the buffet breakfast, they provided me also with this Discount Galore brochure that contains list of establishments in the area. I just presented it to my preferred restaurant and voila! they gave me a discount off my food bill. I have never seen a hotel that offers this privilege to to their guests. Not only that, my room always clean too. I would always come back to this hotel!!!
