Pros: Extremely well written, bringing you into the hell of each man.
Cons: As for the writing of this book, there are no cons.
I have just finished a book that has left me with a haunted feeling. The book is called In Harm's Way: The Sinking of the USS Indianapolis & the Extraordinary Story of It's Survivors.
