I go to Disneyland a lot, and The Indian Jones Adventure (TIJA) Is very, very loud. It really whips you around too, this one is for the more thrill riders. If you have a hearing aid, you should turn it way down or even off. When your seated in the vehicle, theres a mesh bag in front of you to put all of your belongings in, under the bag theres a metal bar to put your feet on, I recommend bracing your legs and put your feet on this bar, it makes it less rough. Without a doubt the back is the roughest, ask to sit in the middle, the front is pretty rough also. If the lines long, use the Single Rider line, you get on right away. But it's a great ride.
