I stayed at the Inn At Fox Hollow for two nights...and I wish I could have stayed longer. The suite was very large and had a kitchenette. The room was quiet.

The Inn offers a free breakfast buffet and a free dinner buffet which were both wonderful. The omelettes and french toast at breakfast were outstanding.

I used the fitness center on both days. I wish that I could have used the outdoor pool (December in NY is too cold for that) but the pool and courtyard were beautiful...a great place to relax.

Overall, I felt like a celebrity...the posh decor, the marvelous food, the friendly staff...I definitely plan to go back.
