We filed using Turdo Tax (non a misspelling) last year.  Turbo tax assured us that our return would be saved on their website and we should return this year again.  There was no link how or where to print it out anyway. Well, we did file with them and went to them to access last years return and guess what? They can't find us or our return anywhere.  I waited for 1 hour on hold and then was finally answered only to be re-directed to an area already closed for the night.  They told me they would refund my money but then I was disconnected with another person and I don't want to wait another hour.I would NEVER buy or use one of their products again!  Also, just about the ease of the program itself: it stinks.  We have used their competitior for years and never had a problem using it.  Turbo tax has too many mistakes in it and the constant updating is tiring.
