Pros: Incredible value. Durable. Decent accuracy. Looks and feels like a much more expensive watch. Cons: Lume marks not easily visible at night. Some rumors that Invicta's customer service is lousy.
I've owned this watch for about 2 years now (the 8926 model) and I couldn't be happier. Even after reading reviews about how it looks and feels like a much more expensive watch, I still couldn't believe it when I first took it out of the box. It's very ...

Great watch, but lousy service
by testaal ,Nov 16 '08
Pros: the 4200 saved on the submariner will pay for a cruise or two. Cons: Non-existent customer service; bracelet feels cheap.
I purchased the pro divers automatic watch a year ago. The fit and finish was great, no need to run out and spend $4500 on a real Submariner; this watch looks great and is mechanically sound. The spring bar in the clasp just popped out one night when taking the watch off. The fit was too loose I guess; it's the only design weakness I've noticed. But this is where the the brand lost its appeal for me.
I tried to obtain a replacement spring bar.
The company never answers the customer service phone; there is no way to contact them online or order parts there. In an act of desperation I sent them a fax.... which of course went unanswered.
I finally took it a local Jared jeweler who replaced the damn thing for free. yes, ladies and gentlemen, that IS how service is performed and Invicta has lots to learn in this department.

good price or not?
by regularguy2 ,Oct 01 '08
Pros: good everyday use. looks like expensive brand Cons: flimsy watchband pins. shop nbc pricing
This Pro Diver watch is good for everyday use. Handsome and rugged. The guys at work thought it was a rolex. LOL It is not 100% accurate; it will be off a couple of minutes every week. Paid $99 at shopnbc a year ago. Since then have had no problems with the watch but I have had to replace the watchband pins three times. This past June I saw hundreds of the same watch for sale at the Costco store in Kauai for $49 (including the yellow invicta watchbox). I know I will definitely be more skeptical of shopnbc's prices from now on.

Buy an invicta and save $
by jessesdad ,Oct 20 '08
Pros: Keeps time Cons: Missing status
If you like the style of what most rolex watches look like then this watch is for you. It does tell time like a rolex but one thing missing is the false sense of status and not that many people get rich off of an invicta watch purchase. You also might be missing the swiss made imprints that are on overpriced watches.
