Pros: Excellent quality, protection and durablity at a bargain price. Cons: Parts are expensive and hard to find. Cannot touch Hackva's shell warranty
They’ve come a long way Itech used to be a brand that I went a long way to avoid. Like Pro Guard or A&R the name Itech seemed synonymous with mediocrity. Since then, they’ve improved quite a bit in quality. Yeah, some of their stuff is still ...

Itech Senior Medium Goalie Mask Itech 7 Nc Fit 2.
by express94 ,Jan 20 '09
Pros: sleek design Cons: fragile design on top of helmet
My son had an Itech Senior NV7 Pro Fit 2 Black goalie helmet and the top of the helmet shattered from a slap shot from a 14-year old. This was a straight on shot to the top of the forehead. My son eneded up with a lot of headaches. I would not recommend this product.

Cracked shell on envy 7
by hockeymom3160 ,Oct 20 '08
Pros: The helmet is comfortable and shock resistant. Cons: Outer plastic shell broke upon impact with puck.
My son has been using the Envy 7 for just over 1 year, he wore it as a PeeWee AA and is now a Bantam AA. This weekend he took a shot to the forehead which broke both the plastic and the styrofoam cushion inside the plastic, it does not seem to have broken the fiberglass however the helmet is shot. Before buying this helmet I went back and forth between the Hackva and the Envy and went with the Envy never thinking that the shell would break. Guess what I am going to buy now to replace the Envy??? I am going for the lifetime shell warranty. I will say he did like the comfort of the helmet AND HE NEVER FELT THE PUCK THAT BROKE HIS HELMET! I am really greatful for that but don't want to keep replacing helmets.
