This sleek black-and-white beauty features: iPod music player, dock and charger; FM and AM tuner; CD and MP3-disc compatibility; USB connection for hard drive; remote control; and great-sounding speakers.

It's small (less than 15 inches wide including speakers), and looks very nice: pure white with stylish black sides and accents. The top swings open at the push of a button.

The remote lets you control your iPod from a distance, as well as volume and other functions. You can plug a USB drive as well. It's superior in every respect to my old shelf system. Well worth the $$!

Pros: Great Sound, Great Features, Good Looking, Very Affordable.
Cons: I personally don't have anything negative to say about this product all things considered.

I've owned this JVC Shelf system for about a month now and am absolutely blown away at the features & especially sound quality & volume. I'd much rather listen to music over this system than my Bose. My hats off to JVC for once again producing a product that excels in every respect. Thank You JVC for an affordable top of the line system. I'd also like to add that as technology moves on & features are eliminated in favor of newer & less expensive applications. JVC has enhanced the physical cd feature by making it compatible with the mp3 format which makes this small package big on overall features. i pod connectivity & being able to plug any other device into this player is also a big big plus, very little limitations as to what you ca hook up to this class act.
