Pros: Wearability, looks, breathability, layering, works great with a pack.
Cons: If its cold you will need another jacket, unless your going for a jog.
I bought this jacket for $30 and at that price I love it. It is tight fitting and runs a little small. It is cut short, but its so stretchy it doesn't ride up even during long reaches. The body is so breathable you can see through it, but gusseted arms and shoulders are fairly tough and mildly resistant. It's really a tough light to midweight shirt with a zipper. It has hugh chest pockets that also double as vents/handwarmers, made to wear with a pack. I use it as a climbing jacket in dry times. It works great for everything from skinning to cranking desperate reaches. Combined with my down or gore-tex jacket stuffed in my pack and an appropriate base layer its a great piece.
