stopped working after 2 years, 1 month

Pros: looks great, built in above oven
Cons: does not work, door only opens one way
I just bought a house with this model, I've been here 30 days and the microwave stopped working. I check the warranty it expired a month ago, so frustrating. I thought jenn-air stuff was good? My sanyo from walmart still works great. It's 8 years old.
