by disinclined disinclined is a Top Reviewer on Epinions in Restaurants & Gourmet, Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 1000, May 05 '08
Pros: Quick, convenient, inexpensive.
Cons: What are those "blueberries" made of?
Previously, I reviewed Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, which is a handy base for making muffins (and cornbread) both savory and sweet. But when your taste buds are coming down firmly on the side of sugary treats – especially for a weekend morning – then you need ...

Childhood Memories....Yummy Goodness

by lacechenault , Jan 23 '08
Pros: Yummy goodness at a cheap price
Cons: Nothing!
First off – has Jiffy ever changed their box? Seriously it looks like the picture of the blueberries was taken in the 60’s, and I remember that same box form when I was very little. Maybe they just worry that at this point if they change the box; ...

The Jiffy brand has been around since 1930, and when I was single and on a tight budget, I used to buy Jiffy muffin mixes all the time. I have rediscovered them, and my daycare children have been having a lot of fun helping me make muffins in the ...

Can't go wrong with Blueberry Jiffy
by tigre1 ,Feb 14 '09
Pros: Cheap
Easy
Tastes great

Cons: No con
Like I said you can't go wrong with Blueberry Jiffy.  It's great as muffins, pancakes, and a side of bread with a 3 course meal.  It's cheap and it's easy to make.  A little bit of milk, one egg, and your good to go.  If you can't follow the ingrediants then you need to stay out of the kitchen.

I love making pancakes with this mix.  I don't really get the amount of pancakes that say on the package but that's only because I prefer my pancakes the size of IHOP.  If you want suck up pancakes then you might want to come in just shy of 1/3 milk or pour a little bit more batter in once the edges setup.

Oh this is a great side if your fixing kraft mac n' cheese and fried chicken.
