I've always hated ironing and one of my friends had one of these. I bought the J-200 after researching the website. I have used this product for over about 2 years and it has been excellent. Mine warms up in 2 minutes! I use it to steam away wrinkles in shirts. I've used it for pants as well, but you have to be careful not to burn yourself. I liked the product so much, I bought two for family as a great christmas gift. I also purchased a nozzle attachment from the website which is used for cleaning. Steam can be used for cleaning many surfaces such as kitchen counters, oven tops, and grills. The water basin is very easy to change and holds plenty of water. The only drawback is that the unit is not very sturdy. The steamer tends to fall over when I hang a few clothes on it. This is probably because it is on carpet but I wish it was just a little more sturdy. I would highly recommend this to anyone who irons and doesn't like ironing.
