Joe Rocket Ballistic 4.0 Jacket

Cons: It isn't totally waterproof, it soaks through where water can settle, like at the waist.

Pros: Well made and good looking jacket.
Cons: Neck is too snug when snapped. Pockets are not easily accessed.

I purchased my Joe Rocket Ballistic 4.0 Jacket less than one week ago. I almost put the motorcycle away for the winter but decided to keep riding for one more week. This past Monday I rode to work in a torrential downpour and the Ballistic 4.0 kept me quite comfortable and completely dry. The next morning on my way home from work the temperature dropped to the upper 30s. Again, I was very satisfied with the jacket's ability to keep me warm. This is a well made and good looking jacket. The only drawback is that the neck is uncomfortably snug when the top snap is fastened.

Pros: A well made jacket. Very versatile. Hot or cold days, doesn't matter.
Cons: The snaps on the neck are too tight. Might try to fix that.

I have several motorcycle jackets and this one is definitely my favourite. It's well made and is quite comfortable. I got it for a screamin' deal at a motorcycle shop in Everett WA. I bought it because I wanted a longer style touring jacket that was waterproof. It keeps me nice and warm and is also great for those hot days if you remove the liner.
