Pros: Price right, music great, nickel juke box played right from the table great fun! Cons: This is food???
I live in Indianapolis, Indiana, home of the Circle Center Mall, an impressive downtown complex which houses, among its many shops and attractions, a Johnny Rockets restaurant. I have seen this establishment from afar on many occasions as I visited the...

Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Overpriced, mediocre food. So-so service.
Johnny Rockets has finally hit Seattle and I visited the one at University Village a few months ago. As others have already written, Johnny Rockets is a retro, 50s-themed burger & fries joint. I can't judge how accurate it is, since I was born in the ...

Pros: it's got a cute atmosphere, good shakes Cons: over-priced, food was sub par

Johnny Rockets in San Marcos, TX
by alarakhia ,Apr 18 '08
Pros: Absolutely none, lost my appetite. Cons: Terrible customer service, rude, rude, rude!!
This was a horrible experience! I wanted a plastic fork and was rudely asked by the server to "wait until she took an order"! Whaaaat?? It took 5 min to get that fork. Then I went up to the counter to ask for an empty cup, had 4 servers glare at me then look at one another like who's going to serve her while the 5th one continued eating his lunch right there and looking on at this scene. Finally one of them slams it down on the counter (kid you not). Then they see my irritation and exchange amused looks! IS THIS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS?? I will never go there again and you bet I'll let everybody know too.
Here's a clue, J.R - don't hire kids who will put your reputation on the line and force customers to rate you like this online!
