Pros: Ease of use, dependability, makes AWESOME coffee.
Cons: None so far (and I've had it for over a year)

Pros: OK machine when it worked, not worth $125 service to replace 50 cent O ring
Cons: Unreasonable customer support, would not supply a simple O ring for(easy repair)
Summary: I have a Capresso C1000 which recently blew out the brewer O ring which seals the brewing chamber, a common problem, I wanted to order the 50 cent O ring and replace myself, easily accomplished in less than 2 minutes. I was told by 2 different ... read more
