Don't fall for the slick advertising on the web site. This is not "Hawaii's Most Hawaiian Hotel ". However, it could be called "Hawaii's Most Moldy Hotel "!!!

1) The rooms have a horrible mildew/moldy odor. You can actually see mold on some of the walls. We know, because we looked at more than one room before we decided that we had to leave for a different hotel.

2) There are bugs in the rooms. There were bugs crawling on the bed.

3) The music/noise from the inner courtyard is very loud. Don't stay here if you are a light sleeper.

4) The staff are not responsive to customer needs. They smile and fake friendliness but you'll never get a refund for your moldy room.

We left this hotel and stayed at the Westin Villas time share hotel which was absolutely fabulous. They had friendly staff and beautiful, clean smelling rooms.
