Kenmore 82836 Gas Dryer

Pros: Large to hold large items. Can be stacked in small spaces.
Cons: Total of 3 handles in 18 months.Time down not usable. Does POOR job DRYING clothes

I thought I would love this set but have had some problems with the dryer. I have only had it 18 months and have had to order 2 replacement handles. The last one they made me pay for saying it was no longer under warranty even though it is the same ...

Pros: Nice features and size... price is less than other big front loaders.
Cons: Service is horrible. Sears!!!

I like the dryer and the features... but, it broke twice in the first few months of operation. It broke the first week and by the time it was repaired I was without it for over a month. I bought two of these so I was still able to do laundry. After the second time of servicing (again left without it working for a month) the dryer I finally (with difficulties) convinced Sears to replace it with a new one. Now, I looked to download the manual and there is no way to download it! Every appliance has the manual posted on the internet. Sears wants me to pay for it now.

Pros: Clothes are completely dry when they come out, easy to use
Cons: I can't really think of any

I guess part of what makes this dryer so great is it's matching HE3t Washer which extracts so much moisture that the drying time is minimal. All I know is that when my clothes come out of the dryer they are completely dry. There is no more putting some of the items back in the dryer because they are still damp. Everything is dry when it comes out of the dryer.
