Pros: Planes are new and clean - Embraer 190 has lots of legroom.
Cons: Poor customer service. Baggage gets looted.

Cons: Inflexible and uncaring when things go wrong

Pros: Very comfortable business class seats, convenient routes to East Africa from Europe and Hong Kong.
Cons: Mediocre inflight services and amenities. Terrible ground services, disorganized and incompetent.

Cons: Small portions of food, limited cabin storage space, outdated entertainment system.
