I have a single 12" DVC Kicker L7 in a large slot port box tuned for 38hz. I'm powering this sub with a MMATS D200hc. Sub is wired at 1 ohm. This is apsolutly amazing !!!! One solobaric was louder than 6 phonix gold 12" subs on the same amp. I hit a 145spl with one solobaric, compared to 135 with six phonix golds. If you put the solobaric in a ported box you need less power to push it. I just think it sounds louder than a sealed box too. I give it much props
