by jo.com Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 10, Jul 18 '01
Pros: It is mild so it goes well with spicy foods.
Cons: Nothing outstanding about it.
When my husband and I go out to dinner he always has a beer. Lately I have been sharing his beer so I can review it! I was a bartender for two years but there are many, many beers I have never heard of. Kingfisher Premium Lager Beer is one of...

The KINGfisher of BEERS

by proxam Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Jul 03 '03
Pros: It was a cheap deal
Cons: But not cheap enough
Have you heard the one about how copper wire was invented by two Scotsmen fighting over a penny? You haven't? Well I haven't got time to tell you it just now, but it's a blatant misrepresentation of the Scottish psyche. I was discussing this slur on ...

Bangalore to Saratoga Springs in a Green Bottle

by fuche_bu Epinions Most Popular Authors - Top 500, Aug 31 '02
Pros: a decent, easy drinking beer
Cons: not very distinctive, green bottles

by anuj , Dec 24 '99
Pros: Full flavored taste
Cons: Very heavy and sometimes hard to find
When I'm thinking Indian food or just a relaxing evening at home, I think KINGFISHER! Perhaps it's because my roots are from the subcontinent or perhaps because it's just so darn good. It put domestic beers to shame on US territory when Kingfisher got...

by themovie , Jul 31 '00
Pros: Clean, and smooth
Cons: a little too light
This beer is without a doubt the best beer from India I have ever tasted. (In fact it is the only beer from India beer I have ever tried.) However, this beer would put most beers to shame no matter where they are from. I first tried this beer about a...

The Best Indian Beer

by gregbnyc , Jan 14 '00
Pros: crisp, clean taste
Cons: similar to other pale lagers
This is my favorite beer from India. In fact, it compares favorably to most lagers that you will find from any part of the world.

It is light bodied and a little bit bitter. For some Indian food that is spicy, the beer does not quite hold...
