Pros: A great price and a 15 year warranty. Free King size frame. Cons: Sleepy's manager deceptive as the devil himself.Sleepy's false guarantee and very pricey restocking fee.
I went to sleepy's and thought I was getting a great deal on a Kingsdown rhapsody pillow top, king size mattress set. It was selling for $1,699, but the district manager gave me a solid deal at $1,099 plus tax and delivery. My old mattress was shot and ...

Pros: For 3 days the mattress is like heaven Cons: It is like a 20 year old broken down, totally sagging mattress withing a month.
After reading some of epinions very negative reviews about buying a Sleepy's Dormo Diagnostic mattress made by Kingsdown, I went to a Sleepy's store and asked the salesman about the negative reviews. He began his lying to me by saying that the owner of ...

Pros: great for bad backs, extremely comfortable Cons: expensive and hard to fit with sheets
After my back surgery I knew I had to replace that old Sealey. It just wasn't giving me a good night's sleep. I researched and traveled far and wide to lie on mattresses of all types. I looked and layed on all the major brands. I even went to the ...

Pros: Pretty Black velvet pillow shams and foot pads in showroom. Nice CVS camera. Cons: Premium Price, lousy customer service,
Remember the Volkswagen Phaeton, the 12 cylinder luxury car they tried to sell a few years back? You know to get a premium price, you've got to have premium customer service as well as a premium product. Volkwagen was just not good at that because they ...

Pros: Our Kingsdown provided us with about a month of pain free nights in 01/02. Cons: I'm ready, and have been, to take my losses, and buy another mattress.
We bought a Kingsdown King size mattress from Mattress Giant in Jan.02. We paid a total of $2807.57. Without hesitation, I will say it has been the worst major purchase that has ever entered our home in the 40 years we have been married. The sagging ...

Pros: Very comfortable despite poor design product failure within 10 months
Cons: Awful Customer Service, terrible quality, lousy craftsman ship, and poor overall design
We purchased a brand new, still in the wrapper 2004 left over King size Kingsdown Dormo VZ 123 mattress and box spring set from Sleepys in CT in February of 2005. The Dormo VZ 123 set was billed as the top of the line Kingsdown ...

Pros: electronic test bed used is very accurate determining your sleeping stress points. looks pretty Cons: history of sagging, sweat more on this mattress. HaveTO flip-and-turn. VERY-expensive-$$$$.
It has become obvious that they salesmen make a large commission for selling this and could care less about your back or sleep. Within 3 months of regular use the sagging was dramatic. Not only was it uncomfortable but aggrevated an existing back ...

Pros: Pretty. High end mattress cover Cons: The worst sagging mattress ever. Like sleeping in a hole.
We purchased this mattress set in Sept 05. We did the body test to make sure we were getting the best sleep system on the market. DID WE EVER MAKE a MISTAKE. This was the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a mountain side. ...

Pros: Comfortable in the first year Cons: Uncomfortable after that, even with regular flip "Program"
We bought a combo for $1300.00 4 years ago. We loved it...realllllly loved when we got it home. Best sleep ever. Couldn't wait to get in it every night. Followed the flip thing exactly since we've had it. No problem, but very hard to do size and weight ...

Pros: Most comfortable, best quality mattress out there!
It's really made to fit your body.
Cons: The mattresses are bigger than most, require deep pocket sheets are are tall.
I had always been a little thrifty when buying a mattress. I also had lots of aches and pains, especially neck pains, and I always felt groggy. My doctor even referred me to an endocrinologist because he thought I had thyroid disease. I decided to get ...

Pros: Somewhat good-looking mattress. Cons: Where do I start? Too much money for very poor sleep!
Why is sleeping on a Kingsdown inner spring mattress not healthy? I have tested this mattress with many people, after many nights. Time after time, I received the same complaints: " just not a good nights sleep."
The retail bedding industry...

Pros: Hmmm.. the velvet top is soft to touch Cons: Sags some places - stiff in others, way overpriced, large size but no large comfort
Sleepy's really suckered me into buying this mattress and then discounted its outrageous price by getting me to forfeit the return policy. This mattress is the worst! I don't know what is wrong with it but it is soft in some spots, hard in others. I ...

Pros: My back and hips don't hurt. With fibromyaglia these mattresses allow me to sleep comfortably. Cons: I have absolutely no cons with this product. To sleep comfortably is wonderful.
I have fibromyaglia and the wrong mattress really hurts. I love my Kingsdown mattress. Bought one by mistake last year, a king size, and it was wonderful. I just bought a twin size now because my husband and I could no longer sleep on one mattress. I ...
