Cons: my family says food doesn't taste the same

Pros: Easy to light. Creates a controlled fire, when directions are followed. Coals stay hot.
Cons: Lighter fluid scent when you open the bag. About 2x the cost of regular charcoal.

Summary: When I watch my brother barbecue, in his pit, he rejoices at the sight of 8-foot flames shooting up into the air.  The men in attendance laugh, cheer, and come up with novel means of making the flames go twice as high. It seems that no matter what ... read more

    Pros: Burns well
Cons: Leaves a HORRIBLE taste on your food

Summary: Horrible product! Our entire meal tasted like lighter fluid... not a slight taste, an overwhelming taste! What is left in this bag will be used as a campfire

    Pros: Easy, too easy.
Cons: Food(and later, burps) taste like lighter fluid.

Summary: Matchlight is especially essential if you'd like your food to taste heavily of petro-chemicals. Think about it: these lumps have been soaking in fluid for months. In my opinion, it never completely burns off. I had not grilled for a while and was
