Pros: Easy to light. Creates a controlled fire, when directions are followed. Coals stay hot. Cons: Lighter fluid scent when you open the bag. About 2x the cost of regular charcoal.

Pros: Light fast without lighter fluid, and burn faster Cons: I don't care for the new grooves in their charcoal

Pros: Easy to light, burns the same with every bag. Cons: Costs a little more than the generic charcoal bags.
