The Tiny File And Folder Storage Solution You Can Take On The Go

by batraylover , Feb 24 '06
Pros: Small in size; attaches to your key ring; inexpensive.
Cons: None.
The Kingston DataTraveler 256 MB USB 2.0 Flash Drive was one of those little computer gadgets that I saw while browsing through the electronics store and thought “I have to have that”. The price after mail in rebate was a mere $9.99 and I ...

Snow white data traveling

by ivanvuk , Mar 22 '06
Pros: Small, simple, great design, quality finish, durable, can be attached to a keychain
Cons: hmm, tiny scratches on metal plate? nothing.
There are too many of these little flash drives to choose from. They differ in sizes, design, speed, quality. Many manufacturers try to add more features and addons to make you buy their product. But... I want too use my phone for talking, digital camera ...

Handy, portable and plenty of storage space!

by jwalk79 , Mar 11 '05
Pros: Slim design, highly portable, quick and reliable data transfer, plug and play in XP
Cons: Cap for USB port not connected in some way
When I started graduate school, I noticed the computers in the labs no longer had zip drives, so I knew I needed some way to transport documents and images between home and school. I liked the idea of the Flash Drives, and I selected the Kingston 256 MB ...

Very convenient on-the-go storage

by superfan , Mar 25 '05
Pros: Tiny, fast, convenient data storage
Cons: Computers without front USB ports, a better cap would be nice
When the miniature USB drives first came out, I thought it was a very neat idea. However, I also wondered why anyone would buy them when you can just burn to a CD-RW. The answer: time and convenience. The USB drive plugs right in to a USB port and ...

Works like a charm
by scheetz02 ,Apr 27 '06
Pros: convienient to carry on keychain, holds lots of word documents
Cons: little bulky for some usb ports, paint scratches off easily
After hearing about how convienient they are I asked for one for my birthday, and low and behold I got what I wanted! This makes life so much easier as a college student. It hold all kinds of information that you can just plug into the computer and go from there. I've been able to hold numerous Power Point Presentations on it, but usually erase them off at the end of the semester or copy onto my desktop. It takes the hassle out of using floppys or cds for presentations, and it is much easier to transfer information to other computers. I only have two complaints which don't effect the products capability: the paint scratches off easy, and the cap isn't attached so make sure you keep it somewhere safe!
