Pros: Nice design, good features
Cons: 3 DOA units 5 months later I still have yet to see one that works.

Junk product, great customer service, LONG delays in between RMA's.
I purchased the first Pro-Line Waffle Maker in January and it was DOA (heating element bad). I was informed several weeks after placing RMA that the Pearl was no longer available and they shipped a Nickel unit in 3/2007 that was also a DOA fire hazzard (continues to heat up when turned off). Finally in 5/2007, the third unit shows up is ALSO DOA! This one will heat up and never recognize it is ready to cook such that there is no countdown timer. 3 bad units and 5 months later, customer service offered a refund.

Purchased about 8 months ago, used about once a week, Always makes purfect waffles. Heats up in about 2-3 minutes and a light comes on to tell you it's ready, once the batter is poured onto the maker, you push the start button that counts backward from the preset time untill its done the beeps and a light, lights to tell you its done. The times is easily adjustable so if your like me and like your waffles a little doner you can adjust the time. The beep is quite and sometimes hard to hear if others are talking. Everyone that has had a waffle form this has loved them and my married children asked for one for christmas. Very heavy and solid, should last for years, used one in a hotel before I purchased mine and the staff stated they had been using there's daily for a few years.
