Pros: Toaster oven meets Broiler meets microwave-oven need I say more think of the counter space. Cons: None!! Buy It you'll love it.
Summary: We have this instead of an oven in our vacation condo. It's fun and super easy to use. I made perfect Filet mignon in about 25 minutes. Using it's key guide it asked how well I wanted them cooked told me which pan to use and stopped and waited for me to ... read more

Pros: Nightlight (well, that's all we can use it for...) Cons: Not designed to be serviced. Second one also failed.
Summary: Like most others reviewing this product, it doesn't work and KitchenAid can't fix it. Mine's been out for the past four months. We've had a parade of technicians through here and boxes and boxes of parts. We estimate we've waited more than 60 hours total ... read more

Pros: Usually runs for a few months, but with problems. 1 year warranty. Cons: Whirlpool bought KitchenAid, made in China, no quality control.
Summary: We are on our second unit now. The first one died after 14 months when the wave tube guide started arching. The service tech told us not to use it anymore, or it could catch fire! Whirlpool/KitchenAid said this was not a covered part since 12

Pros: None Cons: What happened to KitchenAid quality?
Summary: After 2 years the display showed about half the characters and after 4 years the microwave completely died. It went in the garbage and replaced by a cheap Emerson from Walmart. A real BI-itch to install and to rip off the wall went it

Pros: Functionality, effectiveness, quality, look, ease of use Cons: I guess I thought twice about its price before buying it.
Summary: We've had this appliance about two months now and been nothing but impressed. Imagine, even a roast done to perfection in a microwave! The quality is visible in every facet of this appliance and what makes it work particularly easily is the intuitive
