Pros: Nothing sticks!! Easy to clean, can't scorch or burn, great for cookie press batches Cons: pricey, can't be used if they are damaged.

Pros: no more lining with aluminum. things slide right off Cons: Doesn't fit all of mom's cookware.

Pros: Single best kitchen accessory I've ever owned Cons: Not inexpensive
Summary: Silpats are flexible, silicone non-stick sheets that you insert into baking pans. They don't absorb oils, and they make it incredible easy to get your baked goods off, while still allowing lots of heat so you get nice crispy bottoms.

Pros: Baked goods just won't stick! Simplifies cleanup. Easy to clean and store. Cons: May seem pricey to casual bakers.
