I was given this as a gift and really love it. The WiFi/Bluetooth connection works great which made it a breeze to setup. I've used this to print out pictures,documents,and scaning. I havent had any complants but only thing I can say is the print time is slow...But in my experiance faster the printer the worse the picture quailty or at least in this price range.

I'm running windows XP I havent had to connection issues just rarely had trouble but if your a Mac user many people report bad connection issues and for now no window 7 drivers for this printer so buyer beware.

Pros: I have not found any pros with this product.
Cons: Ink dries up, wastes paper, technical support poor for nonskilled people.

I found my Kodak ESP7 to be nothing but trouble. I had so much trouble with blank pages, stuck paper, constant requests for ink changes and very slow printing ability that Kodak had to replace it. It was very difficult to achieve this and took a very lengthy period of time. The new one was not any better. Since I do not print often it appeared that the ink would stop functioning yet still kept getting low. I would again get blank pages and after going through the process of maintenance (and many sheets of paper) I was still lucky if it worked. Contacting them is not easy and I now feel that since it usually will not print anything on the page, evaporates ink when not used, and needs a maintenance run through each time I use it that I have wasted my money and plan to purchase a different product.  Money back, even with the slip, is impossible.
