Pros: 3.1 MP/3x Optical Zoom and Affordable Cons: Power & LCD (see review).
Well, I finally decided to go out and buy a digital camera, and I didn't want to pay $500 or more for one. So, I checked out a few websites and some stores, and I choose to buy the Kodak DX4330 (for $299) at Best Buy. Here's my thoughts so ...

Pros: Ease of use, durability, price compared to other 3mpx cameras Cons: Battery life could be better, cheep lens cap, badly placed status indicator/light
Apart from having a so/so battery life and the most inappropriately located status indicator I've ever seen this has been quite a good camera.
I had high expectations of both colour and file compression quality when I purchased a Kodak, and...

Pros: Easy to use/menus. Accepts AA batteries.
16MB internal memory. Nice big LCD display. Cons: Lens cap cheap, doesn't stay on. Shadow on left of subject when using flash
I don't recommend this camera. I bought it for our family for Christmas and returned it after two weeks of using it.
I ended up buying the Canon S30 and am happy with it so far (although it is more difficult to use)
I was up and running...
