Pros: Amazing pictures Cons: Lens cap falls off a lot
I first received the Olympus D550 but found it to be way too confusing. Then I went to Best Buy and found the Kodak. This one has almost as many features as the olympus and was way more easier to use. This would make a great first digital camera for...

Pros: User friendly, great pics up to 14x11's. Great zoom. Cons: Buying the docking port is how you share pics.
I have been using 3 different digital cameras over the last few years, and have yet to be satisfied with one yet. I just purchased this camera from Target for a great price and SO FAR SO GOOD. I was tired of the complex cameras with crappy zoom lenses...

Pros: Does everything that you need a digital camera to do. Stills, movie mode close ups Cons: Very, Very short battery life
I was all set to purchase the DX4900 and while I waited for a price drop I happened to run into the new series dx4330 and found that the 3.1 mpixel was enough as well as the price 349 vs 399 was also better.
The main reason that it is so much...

Pros: Price, good print quality, camera easy to use Cons: Short battery life, printer dock not so easy to use
Well, I have had this camera and the dock for about 6 months now, and the shine has wore off a bit. I also bought a memory card which greatly increases the number of pictures it can hold. Still a great camera, but just a few nitpicks. For instance you ...

Pros: very handy, cheaper than using film. The delete option!! Cons: Battery Life & No Date option
Well to start off with this camera is a neat little package. It is handy not having to worry about the film being finished or changing the film. My biggest problem with the camera is the life of the battery, it doesn't last all that long if you use the...

it did what it was suppose to do i guess!
by hellt1 ,Nov 04 '06
Pros: user friendly, nice screen display Cons: broke too soon, kodak would not cover warranty
Kodak was probably the most user friendly camera on the market, but it's just too delicate, it broke really quick,,i paid about $400.00 for all the bells & whistles , but to me i think the whistle stop whistling a little too soon, we experienced our 1st menu reverse button problem about 1 1/2 year after purchase, from then on things went down hill, would not transfer pics from dock, battery would not charge, you then ask yourself with the current cost of a new camera , is it worth it to have the 4330 model fixed, for half the price you can have double the megagpix today.please ,please check the warranty when & if you make the purchase.

Solid Performance
by krugerio ,Feb 11 '06
Pros: Enough megapixels & Solid construction Cons: battery life and camera size
This camera was a gift and our 1st digital camera. It's stood the test of time. It's not offered anymore but if you want to take a chance on a used camera, try this one.
I've dropped it a time or two and only had to replace the battery door. It uses an easily found camera battery (CR-V3) as well as AA and rechargeables.
The screen really eats up the battery (use the old viewfinder option). A little large for a digital camera.

Beautiful pictures regardless of expertise
by gsgarret ,May 25 '04
Pros: Price, picture quality, versatility. Cons: Kodak software is somewhat limiting, but you are NOT limited to their software.
The Kodak EasyShare was our first digital camera. As complete newbies, we read the tutorial on Amazon.com and concluded that the EasyShare was the best balance of capability/price for us. We have not been disappointed! On a family trip last month to the Grand Canyon and other points West, the EasyShare turned out to be a real trooper, delivering the goods with hundreds of high-quality pictures which are, indeed, EASY TO SHARE, print, upload, or whatever your heart desires.
Perfect for the novice, very reasonably priced.

My First Digital And I Love It!
by davesworld56 ,Dec 31 '03
Pros: Easy to use, very lightweight, great photos Cons: Short Battery Life, Lens Cap Won't automatically release anymore, Optical zoom blurry.
I got my Kodak DX4330 through Dell when I bought my very first PC. I immediately gave it a work out taking pictures of my Halloween and Christmas Villages. I found the DX4330 extremely easy to use, and the light settings located on the top of the camera make use in all kinds of settings extremely easy. Uploading photos is also very easy because of the software disk that came with the camera. I use a 32Mb Memory card. With a Kodak Memory Card Reader it is simply a matter of plugging in the memory card, and the photos are automatically uploaded to my PC.

Great camera (for outdoor photography)
by gravy11 ,Mar 14 '04
Pros: Outdoor pictures; Reliability; Features; Zoom lens Cons: Indoor pictures; Battery life
I bought this camera and overall it is a great camera. The only complaint I have is that it takes poor indoor photos when there is not enough lighting. I constantly have to adjust the brightness when I upload the pictures. The outdoor pictures are awesome. I use this camera at the highest quality (about 1 mb a picture). Overall, for the $, it is a great purchase. You need two additional things when you buy this camera. They are: a 128mb secured digital memory card ($60) and the Easyshare docking station ($70). If you have any questions, email me at gravy1199@hotmail.com

Video option is useless
by also66 ,Dec 20 '03
Pros: Good camera Cons: Video option is useless
It is a good camera for only taking pictures, but it includes an additional option for making short movies which is useless at all. The movie's quality is very bad, colors are distorted.
