I got a Kodak Series 3 printer to go along with my Kodak DX7590. I am happy with the camera so I thought the printer would be a no brainer. At first it worked Flawlessly. I could print and print and it would bring out awesome quality photos. The ...
Pros:SIMPLE TO USE CARD READER PICTURES NEVER FADE BEST QUALITY INK INK IS SO MUCH CHEAPER BEST EVERYTHING!!!
Cons: This printer has nothing I don't like!
I have had and used nearly every brand of printer ever made. Then KODAK came out with the KODAK ESP-3 All In One Printer. I have always trusted the Kodak brand name because I have never had a problem ...
Pros: nice picture printing from first couple months. Cons: not so cheap ink, breaks within few months use, poor paper handling, So So software
I bought this printer "KODAK esp3" wanting to support an american company KODAK. I like the idea of the cheaper printing cost. Only once I had the printer I found out that everything about this printer was cheap. The software had to be upgraded out ...
Pros: Easy to install. OK scanning ability. Cons: LOUD, will not print, uses too much ink for calibration
We got this printer for a discount price when we bought our computer. With ink being cheap, it seemed like a great printer for the average user. It worked great for the first 4 months...and then it went downhill fast. Every ...
Pros: Easy to use and inexpensive Cons: Not easy to reset the default settings.
After owning 2 Hewlett Packard All -in -Ones and getting tired of the software issues and cost of ink, I thought I'd try this and just return it to the store if I didn't like it. I LOVE IT! I've had no problems. It installed easily. Prints great! I ...
Pros: Was ok at first. Cons: Paper jams, ribbon jams, pack says 40 pictures , but you wont get that many.
Easy share is not a good name for this product. I have had nothing but problems from day one. When I first started using it the problems were somewhat minor. The paper would not pick up on the first few pics , but then after that it would be fine. Then ...
I purchased this printer a few months ago. It worked well at first, but now it will not print quality images. Like other reviewers, I've tried all the maintenance settings, but my photo quality is still garbage. Pictures have lines through them, and ...
Don't buy a Print Dock Series 3! by tonycar ,Jul 15 '05
Pros: Beautiful pictures! Cons: Breaks cameras docked to it for recharging!
I bought my wife a new Print Dock Series 3 (her 2-year old 6000 no longer picks up the paper) for her birthday. I put her 2-year old CX6330 digital camera on the new dock for printing and recharging. It printed two beautiful pictures and then the camera went dead. The new dock will not recharge the camera; nor will the camera even turn on, even with brand new batteries. In other words, the new print dock broke my wife's camera. Kodak says it will replace my now broken CX 6330 with a refurbished DX 7740, but I will have to pay $189.00. I don't think so.
I'm returning the print dock tonight to Best Buy where I bought it, and I will be searching for a camera and/or photo printer company that will assume liability for its defective products.

Pros: Nice looking printer, easy to set up, color print quality is very nice. Cons: Noisy, slow, color cartridge is a three-in-one unit, glossy photo paper jams.
Prints nice quality on regular paper. Photos were pretty good but the glossy paper always jams. Scanner is slow and software can't handle the high quality setting--at least on my computer. Unit is ok for a cheap printer but I think you can do better for a few dollars more.
Pros: Cheap replacement ink Cons: Will not put ink on paper
Bought this printer on Saturday after testing it at my local best buy. Worked ok in the store and the sample pictures printed great. Today is Monday and I am returning it because it will not print anything. Does not put ink on anything. It will scan just fine. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleaned the print head, callibrated, realigned, everything possible and it still does not put ink on paper (black or color). Read many other threads regarding this printer and there are a lot of similar problems out there.
Pros: the best feature is the scanner
the prints are very good Cons: i have had no problem at all.
I bought this printer, to save 50 percent on ink as claimed.
for a $99 printer, it does a good job.
I also read the first two reviews, i feel the people that wrote them were probably new, to having a computer and printer.
I have had no problems, with glossy paper but,
if you buy cheap glossy paper they tend to be as thick as cardboard, giving a printer a hard time.
I hope, to save on the ink, time will tell.
This scanner, copier, printer, does a very good job
anybody can sell you a [printer) but the ink is where it costs money, this printer esp3 makes the claim 50 percent cheaper, so we will see.
Avoid this piece of crap at all costs!! by tlccar1 ,Jul 13 '09
Pros: None I can honestly think of!! Cons: Horrible software, loud, slow, not reliable, prints when it feels like it.
I bought this Kodak printer to save on ink. I should have kept the HP that I had. In fact I hooked the HP back up because this Kodak has been such a lemon. It worked o.k. for about a week, but I went through a ton of ink in the process! Some days it would print and other days it wouldn't. What do you actually save? NOTHING!! It was also loud, slow, and bulky. I also had problems with the software. Kodak was somewhat helpful in resolving the problem but overall I was so frustrated I couldnt wait to get rid of it.
Pros: None Cons: very slow speed, constant hangups.
Piece of junk. It took our computer several weeks of installations before it would stop reloading the installation connections. About one in ten copies do not print when the printer can not determine the paper width. About one in twenty never print - printer just hangs up. It's VERY SLOW. We had a host of other problems, but not repetative as these mentioned problems.
Easy to use, super quality photos. by josief ,Dec 10 '05
Pros: Very easy to use.Super quality photos without the wait.Simple straightforward.Great product! Cons: No power off button.Apart from that I can`t fault it.
No problems at all, easy set up,great instruction book, even for a beginner.Super quality photos, fun to use.Money well spent!I purchased the camera and printer dock bundle and was surprised at the quality of the goods.Great value! So easy to use.
Pros: Good quality document printing. Good size for limited space. Cons: Slow, noisy, ink replacement too often, uncomunicative, doesn't print usable photos at low ink levels
Purchased to replace an HP that I had scanned to death on old family albums, this has had very light duty for the last 3 months. I've had to replace the ink 3 times, both color & black, though I haven't even gone through half a ream of paper in that time. It is extremely noisy, slow to load/initialize when turned on, and for the last 2 weeks I have to restart my computer and printer for every different print job since the printer won't "communicate" properly. The print quality on documents is great, photos aren't too good they are shaded to pink even with a new cartridge & all the ensuing cleaning & realigning. Also, the ink price was a selling point when I bought it, but it's already increased 30% in 3 months. I'm shopping for a replacement now...
