Pros: Water tank Cons: leaks
Summary: This machine is not worthy of its name. It requires such a coarse grade for it to not bust a leak, and the coarse grade is such that it makes the espresso like water.

Pros: good coffee, easy to use, nice design Cons: Cappuccino accessories need redesign. Filter holder could be improved.
Summary: I had this machine for over a year now, it still produce excellent espresso coffee with a nice crema. If you don't get crema blame it on your coffee beans or grind. I you prefer cappuccino, I would check for another machine. The steam nozzle on this one
