Died after 2 years
by ccoonahan ,Aug 12 '04
Pros: While it worked, it made good rice. Cons: It died after 2 years.
I cooked with this once per week. After 2 years, it died. (The limited warranty is for one year.) For my next rice cooker, I've read the reviews at Cooks Illustrated and will buy one of their suggestions (no Krups make their list.)
I don't expect small appliances to die after 2 years.
