Pros: Great milk frother. Hot plate doesn't burn. Coffee side easy to clean.
Cons: Bulky, no color choices. Coffee filter holder sticks. Espresso takes skill, patience, extra accessories.

Pros: Makes one heck of a cup of cappuchino!

Pros: Price, Dependable. Espresso for special occasions. Coffee side cleanup, on/off easy to use.

Cons: Coffee is substandard; you get what you pay for.
