Pros: size, clarity, outer lcd, text messaging, vibrate mode, price Cons: sometimes does not ring or vibrate when text message
I am a physician and recently needed a new cellphone. It had been a while since I had looked at the service available and didn't realize that given text messaging, voicemail and vibrate mode one could get rid of the pager. I have had the tm-510 for one...

Pros: Size,Reception,"Hot keys",Features Cons: None for the "average" user
This phone is a great purchase for someone who needs the simple features of a phone/PDA. For more advanced stuff you should be looking at laptops, Palms, etc.
The size is perfect for me. I'm 6 feet tall, 230 pounds with large hands and a big...

Pros: good reception, nice size, voice dialing Cons: low ring
In my entire lifetime I owned a total of 6 cell phones. There was always something I disliked about each of the phones. One was too heavy, one was to big. None of them seemed to suit me until I found the LGIC LG-TM510.
Big...

Pros: Small size, state-of-the-art features, dual display, excellent sound quality, sturdy construction, good looking, good value. Cons: Clumsy/inconsistent user interface, questionable battery life, poor mfg support, somewhat weak reception.
I've had this phone now for a couple of weeks, and I like it a lot. Features I especially like include:

- Clamshell design
- Dual displays
- Voice dialing
- Value
- Durability
- It's "pretty"

Pros: COMPACT, LIGHTWEIGHT, STRONG SIGNAL STRENGTH, VOICE ACTIVATED DIALING Cons: MANUAL, BATTERY LIFE, AND HOLSTER TENDS TO BE DIFFICULT TO TAKE PHONE OUT.
WELL, I HAVE TO SAY THAT I HAVE HAD MANY PHONES BEFORE. THIS ONE TAKES THE CAKE. SIGNAL STRENGTH IS STRONG ENOUGH, EVEN WITH ONE BAR SHOWING, CAN STILL MAKE AND RECEIVE PHONE CALLS. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE VOICE ACTIVATED DIALING. PEOPLE ARE ...

Pros: Great size, good battery life, rings or vibrates. Cons: Manual inadequate.
Granted,Al Pacino in the role of Tony " Scarface " Montana would be slightly less intimidating brandishing the LG-TM510 in some unfortunates face. But, I do believe he would be clearly understood. Sure, a switchblade or a snub nosed...

Pros: Size, build quality, battery life, LCD features, clarity! Cons: manual is okay but confusing at times.
I sell cars at a huge dealership in So Cal. There are 50 salespeople on staff and 2/3rds of the sales force use the LG-TM510.
For me, the main benefit is size and clarity. Purchase the leather case you get a handy belt clip that allows the...

Pros: Small, I like that Cons: Careful how you enter names, It does not put names in alphabetical order.
Excellent phone. I was looking for a phone that was smaller that my Star Tac and would alert me of appointments, Voice dial, text message, have a scheduler and so on. I found it in the Motorola C-60, but that was tooo expensive. This LG-TM510 has the...

Pros: Light weight, long battery life, voice activated dialing. Cons: Slightly clunky interface, can't open easily with one hand.
I haven't had a flip style phone since the original Motorola flip phones, and for the past 3 years my phone of choice (via Primeco, now called Verizon) was my Nokia 6185 (or very similar models for my girlfriend and family). The 6185 was a great phone,...

Pros: Speech clarity. Great display. Excellent backlight. Voice dialing. Connectivity. Cons: The phonebook is a little clumsy. T9 text confuses me.
I bought this (actually, the black one) as an upgrade phone for my Verizon service... finally getting rid of the Nokia 5185 that came free. The Nokia has some nice features (the phonebook) but was really not a very good phone. This TM510 is amazing:...

Pros: Small size, flip design, voice-activated dialing Cons: Battery life
My friend bought this phone last summer, and I had so much fun playing with it that I decided it was time to purchase one myself. (Actually, my husband and I bought two, since he liked the phone as much as I did.) The selling features were the size,...

Pros: Size, Price, Battery Life, Style Cons: Phone Book, Cumbersome Menus, too thick
Overall good phone, for the price, got mine for $10 with 1 year MCI plan (Verizon service).
I had a bunch of cell phones before so have something to compare. This one is pretty good but there are things that have to be changed:
1. Menus...

Pros: It look cute and is small enough to fit in my purse. Cons: strangely large antenna.
Well, what is there to say about this phone? My favorite thing about it is that its cute with a sleek design and is small enough to fit in my purse. Even when I want to us one of my smaller bags. It's the flip top design that makes this possible. Of...

Pros: Compact, outer LCD and clear display, records voice memos. Cons: No auto-answer unless using car kit, alert beeps are watch-like and easy to miss.
I'm writing this because of the critical downsides to this phone that might have made a difference to me at the outset of my purchase. The most important is the lack of volume to the alert notifications. These are different than the standard call rings...

Pros: small size, silver coloring, easy to use interface, excellent battery life and short charge times Cons: reception could be better, sound quality not as good as nokia
I bought this phone to replace my Nokia that I dropped and broke. While the sound quality and reception aren't quite as good as the Nokia (I had a 5160), the small size, interface, color and other features make this an excellent phone.
Why is...
