Pros: Compact, Durable for the size, great reception.
Cons: Owner's Manual could be more detailed.
Summary: I upgraded from a StarTac 7868W just recently, after using many Motorola products, and I must say the LG-TM510 is a work-horse of a phone. It does everything and more than the Motorola StarTac's. I am impressed.
