I have always had LG phones and thought this one would be great with its sleek design. I ended up hating it and got rid of it only 2 days after purchasing it.

The buttons on the phone are very small, and even with my small fingers, it was almost impossible to dial a number or write a text without having a bunch of extra numbers enter on the display. I can't imagine a man trying to dial a number on this phone!!!

I probably got a lemon when I bought mine, but it did not always ring when I received calls. I ended up missing many calls on it because they went directly to my missed call log despite the ringer being set to High.

The design of the phone is great but, in my opinion, it needs some serious re-designing before it is "user friendly".
