Pros: When it works, it has lots of controls to avoid shrinking clothes.
Cons: Breaks frequently.  Poor support.  Parts not expedited.

I bought an LG Gas Dryer 3 years ago.  Since then, I have had to have repairmen in 6 times.  Every time, the dryer has been offline for at least a week.  This time, the repairman came, ordered a part (add another week because LG does not expedite parts - apparently a $1000 dryer is supposed to stop working for weeks at a time).  And when he installed that part, discovered he needed yet another - which was not expedited and therefore the dryer hasn't worked for a third week. 

In addition, the sensor dry does not work - never has.  The repairmen say it just is a gadget that does not work.  Avoid this brand - they either didn't build a good product or they aren't prepared to support a premium product.
