Pros: Small, works well in quiet places at least, good battery life Cons: Doesn't always stay connected, poor sound quality, microphone too sensitive
I received my Jabra Bluetooth with my L

VX9800 phone back in December of 2005. It came as part of a rebate plan, if I got the car charger, Bluetooth, and leather case I got a rebate that covered the head set. Now I ...

Pros: Light, easy pairing with phone, great instructions Cons: PAIN during use, poor volume when driving, sounds like you're talking in a bucket
I recently got a RAZR v3t and decided to get a Bluetooth headset for it. I saw the Jabra BT150 in Target for $29 and figured I would give it a shot. After initially cutting myself (and stabbing myself with scissors, but that was my fault) trying to ...

Switches automatically between ear piece and handset
by mraveragejoe ,Nov 01 '06
Pros: light weight Cons: problem maintaining blue-tooth connectivity at 3 - 5 feet range.
I bought this at full price of $42.00 from CompUSA. This is a piece of junk. I am glad I did not buy it online and can return it.
The problem is that after I establish the blue tooth connection between the ear piece and the cellphone, all's well for a few minutes then the jabra starts freaking out. I make a call using the ear piece and voice command "call Home"
Jabra bt150 works fine for a minute or so into the call and suddenly there is no sound in the ear piece BUT the call is ON and now I have to pick up the cell phone and continue talking and then once again the ear piece suddenly becomes active. This has happened to me during both incomming and outgoing calls using the Jabra bt150. ALSO my cell phone was in my hand at a distance of less than 3 feet away from the ear piece, while I was sitting in the car.
I would not recommend this to anyone.
Cheers

Don't Bother
by motomille ,Sep 30 '06
Pros: Cheap... some places Cons: It's uncomfortable, the mic sucks, the buttons are cryptic, sound quality shotty
Where do I start... I wouldn't bother with this bluetooth headset unless you're in a perfectly quite room not moving about. It's uncomfortable, the mic sucks, the buttons are cryptic. I got mine on clearance for $19 and said "what the hell". I made about 5 calls and threw the thing in my junk drawer. Did I mention it's incomfortable... the rubber earpiece hurts after 5 minutes. I didn't test how long it would last 1hr? 2hrs? Who cares... if you're on the thing for 1 hr you'll cut your ear off!
