Pros: Nice looking. Easy to organise  Runs very quietly. You can fill a 2 quart pitcher.
Cons: Icemaker small for large party but there's a basket for storing extra ice.

I had to unpack it to get it through the front door and the first thing I noticed was that it has a clip to hold the electric cord out of the way when it is on the appliance truck(a small item but a testament to the consumer orientation). The LED light is a bright white. I emptied a full side by side into the new refrigerator and still had room to spare. A few of my taller door items in the old frige had to go in the ample space created with the fold away self.

The 2 freezer drawers is a great feature. Everyday stuff on top and occational use things on the bottom.

So far I'm loving it.

Pros: Nice style, supposed to have good energy effeciency and rebates are available.
Cons: Unreliable ice machine. Jams or inadequate ice production even with light useage.  Multiple repairs.

We had a crack in the shelve upon delivery and got that resolved after much persistance.  Then the ice maker broke down TWICE within the first year and had that replaced twice.  Now the ice machine can hardly produce enough ice for fairly light use (2 people) especially when we use it more than 1 time each.  If you have a greater demand on a hot day or have company over, you will run out of ice completely.  Often the ice maker has a hard time with the crushed ice feature or the ice cubes simply get stuck up in the machine and you will need to open it up and manually push the ice cubes down so they can be dispensed.
Multiple problems with ALL our LG products.
