Cons: Major systemic, technical problems. Sprint Store said mine was the third unusable Lotus they'd seen.

In month 3 my Lotus screen showed everything upside down, in weird colors, & became basically unusable. No matter what I punched in, it would dial something else. Sprint Store said this was the third Lotus they'd seen with identical problems. Luckily, Sprint Store let me buy another phone at a discount to replace the crappy Lotus. Don't Buy This!!!
